Corsa B:n starttausprobleemi

Corsa 1999 1.2 16V ecotec. Starttauksen jälkeen kierrokset putoaa hetkeksi tosi alas. Kone melkein sammuu, mutta ei ihan. Hetkeä myöhemmin pelaa taas sitten ihan normaalisti. Ei muuta häikkää havaittavissa ainakaan toistaiseksi
Mistähän tässä voisi olla kyse? Ominaisuus vai vika?

Syttyykö vikavalo ??
Noissa on ongelmaa kaasuläpän säätimen kanssa. Saattaa toki olla kaasuläppä ja läppäkotelo vain likainen.

Complaint: Engine stalls when idling, possibly in combination with DTC 0505.
Cause: Calibration problem, may lead to throttle valve adjuster.
Production:

Remedy:
With TECH 2 install new engine control unit software as of TIS 2000
or TIS CD 6.
If necessary, replace throttle valve adjuster.
If the engine problem can not be eleminate by carrying out the
Field Remedy 1311, use Field Remedy 1356 to eleminate the engine problem.

Complaint: The Engine management light comes on and the engine runs rough and stalls. TECH2 test showed stored Trouble Code of P0505 "present idle air control voltage high".
Cause: Voltage of air control valve high.
Production:

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint, replace Throttle Valve Adjuster and Adapter
Cable by modified parts.

and a mileage lower than 100.000 Km.
The regular warranty procedure should be used for claiming Set-up-time.
Please note:

Only in cases where the above procedure does not mend the problem proceed as
follows:
1. Check if ECU is dated before or after breakpoint check ECU-labeling or
engine-number.
ECU breakpoints:
Corsa-B X10XE - FD 966113,
Corsa-B X12XE - FD 966114,
Astra-G X12XE - FD 082119.
The 1st digit indicates the production year 9=1999.
The 3rd digit indicates the production month 6=June.
For example: 966113 = June 1999
082119 = Feb. 2000
If ECU is dated before breakpoint, ECU has to be changed.

2. Install new ECU
- see working procedure "Engine Control Unit, Remove and
Install", Unit "J", in the corresponding Service

Merkkivaloissa ei näy mielestäni mitään erikoista. Olin nyt huomaavinani, että kierrosten pudotus tulee vain ekalla starttaamisella seisotuksen jälkeen. Tosin koneen ei tarvi olla täysin kylmä edellisen ajon jäljiltä, varmaan vartin tai puolen tunnin seisotus riittää... Jos sammuttaa ajosta ja starttaa heti uudestaan, toimii ihan normaalisti

Lämpötilahan tuossa näyttää vaikutavan, mutta paha sanoa tarkalleen mihin. Katsoisin kuitenkin enimmäiseksi sinne kaasuläppäkoteloon ja kaasuläppää ja jo likaiselta näyttää, niin puhdistaisin.

Lisähavainto kun tehtiin tällä kulkineella ensimmäinen hieman pidempi reissu (n. 50 km sivu). Reippaamman moottoritievedätyksen (110...120 km/h) jälkeen alkoi nypytellä pintakaasulla vajaan satasen nopeudessa. Sain tämän ilmiön parikin kertaa esiin. Takaisin tullessa ja rajoitusten mukaan rauhallisesti ja tasaisesti ajaessa ei nykimisiä juurikaan ollut...?

Saattaisi johtua moottorin(jäähdytysnesteen) lämpötila-anturista , joka antaa moottoriohjaukselle tiedon moottorin lämpötilasta.

Complaint: While driving engine jerking may occur and in case of irregular idle speed, the engine may stall. The engine shows bad starting characteristics.
Cause: Relative movement in the area of the coolant temperature-sensor resulting in damaged contact pins.
Production:

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint replace the wiring harness of coolant
temperature sensor and replace mating connector on the wiring harness.

Moottorin lämpötila - anturi löytyy jakoketjun puoleista päästä moottoria... ilmamassamittarin johtosarjan läheisyydestä.
