Aluksi jätti lähtemättä toisinaan (kone tällöin aina lämmin) ja lähti n. tunnin odottelun jälkeen, nyt ei hörähdä sitten enää ollenkaan (kylmänäkään). Startti pyörittää vaikka akun tyhjäksi. Lieneekö vika käynnistyksenestossa? Ei taida vikakoodia tästä lootasta ilman lukijaa saada ulos?
Mahtaako kellään muulla ollut samoja ongelmia uudemmissa ooppeleissa?

Parempi käydä koodit luetuttamassa... tuskin kaasu ja jarru pohjaan + virrat päälle tuottaa tulosta... ECN - koodin mittaristoon... kuten Astrassa... toki kokeilla voi.

Complaint: Customer complaints about crank no start symptom. Whilst carrying out diagnosis TECH 2 has no communication with ECU. Other systems, i.e. ABS as well as CIM are assessable with TECH 2 and these systems will definitely show trouble code U2105 (no communication with ECU).
Cause: Poor electrical connection either at engine harness or at body/vehicle harness side.

Lot’s of ECU´s have been replaced recently because of troubl code:
U2105. All ECU´s were passed to supplier and were tested NTF.
Several vehicles were checked with the following result:
Trouble code U2105 was caused by a voltage drop to the ECU because
of some poor electrical connection either at Engine harness or at
Body/Vehicle harness side. Please perform the following action in
case of complaint:

with manuel transmission/MTA as well as with/without diesel
particulate filter --> SPS reprogramming as of TIS 2000-DVD,
version 88.
Electrical analysis of the ECM power supply at the Front Zone Module:

Fuse: FE21, 20 A, Pin 5, ECU: Must have around 12.5 Volt with
ignition Key turned on.
Fuse: FE30, 10 A, Pin 23, ECU: Around 12.5 Volt with Key-On, 0 Volt
with Key-Off.
Fuse: FE22, 10 A, Pin 50, ECU: Around 12.5 Volt (fixed supply).

If there is no power supply recognized (neither to the FZM nor
to the ECU) please disassembly and reassemble central plug
from FZM. If the engine does not start problem still exist
please disassemble and reassemble both central plugs from ECU.
Now the engine should start. Concerning assembly of electrical
plugs, etc. please refer to TIS.

Subject: Z13DTH Engine - P0190(07) set, stalls, crank,but no start, unstable idle

Complaint: Customer complain about: a.) the engine cuts out intermittently or b.) the engine will crank but not start or c.) the engine starts, revs with RPM fluctuation and knocking noise is audible. Always the SVS light comes up and the DTC: P0190 (07) is locked.
Cause: A final root cause has not yet been defined.
Production: N/A.

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint please re–program engine ECU with
the latest software.
Modified software for Corsa-D/Astra-H, Z13DTH, MT and MTA is now
available on TIS2WEB.

Complaint: Engine stalls unintentionally while stopping at traffic light or any other occasion. This phenomenon mostly occurs during gear change.
Cause: Software weakness.

Harmi, ettei koodeja ulos tullut... kyllä muissakin korjaamoissa osataan koodeja lukea kuin merkkiliikkeessä. Toki saattaa onnistua merkkiliikkeessä nopeammin.
Ole hyvä... ei tuosta juuri vaivaa ollut. Pistähän sitten palautetta koodista / koodeista.

Muutama foorumilainen on ilmoittanut lukevansa Op-Comilla koodeja... käytä hakua ja lue myös topicci , joka käsittelee Op-Comia... sieltä saattaa löytyä foorumilainen , joka asuu lähellä Iitä.

Niinpä, harva lukee noita allekirjoituksiakaan, jotkut sentään, itse ihan mielelläni autan vikakoodien lukemisessa, kun on erinäisiä päätteitä nurkkiin kertynyt, ovat niin vähällä käytöllä omassa nysväyksessä ja toisaalta jo joidenkin liikkeiden 50e hintakin koodien luvusta on jo niin pöyristyttävää kiskontaa minuutin työstä niin mielelläänkin auttaa "tallikavereita"

Minulla on Astra H samalla koneella. Pari päivää sitten kun kone oli ajon jälkeen jäähtynyt n tunnin teki sen että käynnistyi kävi pari sekuntia ja sammui, teki tämän pari kertaa ja sitten rupesi toimimaan.
Tänään menin hiihtämään ja hiitolenkin jälkeen kun kone oli vielä lämmin teki saman n 10 kertaa eikä lähtenyt toimimaan ollenkaan. Vaihdettiin uusi polttoainesuodatin ja lisävirralla kokeiltiin mutta sama homma, lähti käyntiin ei ottanut kierroksia sitten käynti hiipui ja sammui. Nyt on lämpimässä tallissa sulamassa jos tankissa olisi ollut jotain jäätä mutta voi olla tuollainen sähköpuolen vikakin.
Löytyikös syy corsan temppuiluun?
