Zafira 1.8 vm2001 z18xe seilaava huono käynti
Ensiksi täytyy kiittää foorumilta tähän mennessä löytyneistä keskusteluista ja vinkeistä.
Ongelmana on otsikon 200tkm ajettu automaatti Zafira. Mahdollisia syitähän tälläiseen ongelmaan on useita, ellei jopa kymmeniä. Jokaisen osan kokeilu maksaa yleensä sen 100-300 euroa, ellei enemmän.
Tässä vähän vikaseurantaa ongelman tiimoilta:
26.11.2013: vikavalo ja P1130 (etulambda?)
9.12.2013: vikavalo ja P1130 (etulambda?)
15.1.2014: vikavalo ja P0130 (etulambdaan tämäkin viittaa?)
18.1.2014 tähän saakka autolla pystyi vielä ajamaan suht normaalisti. Ehkä oli vähän tehoton joillakin alueilla.
18.1.2014: Kylmänä kaasupoljin toimi paikallaan kaasutellessa ok. Kun lähti liikkeelle kaasu toimi vain vähän ylhäällä ja ihan pohjassa. 100 metrin ajon jälkeen alkoi toimia normaalisti. Itse en epäilisi itse kaasupoljinta (sähköinen), koska se toimi paikallaan kaasutellessa.
21.1.2014: Tehottomuutta maantievauhdissa 2500-3000 kierroksilla, kun tehot katosi niin auttoi kaasun nostaminen tai painaminen.
21.1.2014: Puhdistin kaasuläppäkotelon asetonirätillä, vielä tässä vaiheessa irroittamatta koko koteloa. Kaasuläpässä oli sellaista siirappimaista mustaa mönjää ja mustaa oli myös kaasuläppäkotelossa. Tinasin samalla ilmamassa-anturille lisämaan keltaiseen johtoon. Ei vaikutusta parempaan eikä huonompaan.
22.1.2014: P0301, P0302, (sytytys katkoksia?) P1895P (CAN bus, no ECM communication?) No nyt alko pelottaa.
22.1.2014: P0302, P0301, P0304. Auto oli vielä ajettavassa kunnossa joskin kaasulla piti kikkailla, että tehot säilyy
22.1.2014: Lueskelin foorumilta kaasuläppäkotelon pienestä putsattavasta reiästä.
Kaasuläppäkotelo uudestaan irti. Kaikki letkut sun muut sain irti mutta sähköliitin ei irronnut sitten kirveelläkään
(no en sentään sitä vielä kokeillut..). Putsasin kaasuläppäkotelon sitten paikallaan suojaten alla ammottavan reiän.
Pieni reikäkin löytyi ja sain sen 1mm poranterää käsin pyöritellen auki kera crc:n. Olipahan onnettoman pieni reikä!
Osat paikoilleen ja koekäyttö. Moottori yski ja paukkui. Hetken kaasuttelua ja käynti tasaantui. Annoin käydä tyhjäkäyntiä muutaman minuutin. Sitten koeajolle. Toimi kuin unelma sellaiset kaksi kilometriä. Sitten alkoi röpötys, tehot kateissa, pääsin sillä juuri ja juuri takaisin kotiin.
Vikakoodit nollasin, mutta ei ole mitään laitetta jolla nollata opittuja arvoja (tilasin juuri Opcomin carsets.co.uk:sta..).
23.1.2014: Kaasupoljin jäi veltoksi pohjaanpainetun pieniliikkeiseksi. Ikäänkuin jokin safety systeemi olisi sitä ohjannut. Jarrupolkimenkin liike olisi ollut rajoitettuja (huom. automaatti). Oli palautunut yön aikana taas normaaliksi molemmat.
24.1.2014: P0301, P0302, P0304, P1895P ei mitään uutta.. kuuleehan sen jo korvallakin
24.1.2014: Mittasin etummaisen lambda-anturin (lämmitysvastuksen?) resistanssin eli liittimen 1. ja 3. pinni. 4.8ohm (mittarin resistanssi 0.6 vähentämättä luvusta).
Mittasin puolapaketin pinnien 3,4,5,6 resistanssit vasten pinniä 2. Kaikki 1.2 - 1.3 ohm (mittarin resistanssi 0.6 vähentämättä eo. luvuista).
Ilmansuodatin vaihdettu (juu en uskonutkaan auttavan mitään, mutta se investointi ei mennyt hukkaan)
EGR venttiiliä tässä mallissa ei taida olla. Edellisessä autossa (Astra G) EGR reistasi ja tästä en sellaista mötikkää löytänyt.
Ilmamassamittari tässä nyt ainakin epäilyttää seuraavaksi. Näyttäisi sekin olevan Motonetissä 189,- eli ei viitsisi ihan kokeillakseen ostaa.
Saisikohan sitä jotenkin mitattua? Käynti on yhtä huonoa röpellystä, vaikka vuoron perään (välillä sammuttaen) repii irti EVAP, MAF(IMM), lambda liittimet.
Jotain MAF putsaussraytä pitäisi kyllä löytyä kaapista. En ole sitä vielä irti ottanut kun ei liittimen irroituksellakaan ole mitään vaikutusta.

MAF tuli tarkistettua ja ruiskuttelin CRC MAF putsausspaytä, vaikka silmämääräisesti ihan puhtaalta näytti.
Luin robertx:n kommentin toisesta keskustelusta, että puolakansi saattaa alkaa temppuilla vasta kuormitettuna.
Tuo sopisi kyllä siihen miten nämä ongelmat alkoivat. Pitäisiköhän se vain suosista kokeilla vaihtaa.

Puolakansi vaihdettu uuteen (Motonet) -> Puolankannen vaihdolla ei vaikutusta.
Samalla tulppia kierrätetty eri paikkoihin.
Tulpat oli kaikki samanlaiset mustan nokiset. Bensa haisi tulpanreijistä.
Ennen ja jälkeen puolakannen vaihdon antoi vikakoodit P0301, P0302.
Jaksaa käydä kolmella tyhjäkäyntiä kierrosten seilatessa yli ja alle tonnin. Kaasua pitäessä tasaisella paukkuu silloin tällöin konehuoneessa. Ottaa kierroksiakin, mutta on taas tukehtua sen jälkeen.
Tulpatkin vaihdettu uusiin hiljattain joulukuussa, eli ei niissäkään tuntuisi vika olevan.
Miten tuon kipinän pääsisi toteamaan, tuleeko jokaiseen tulppaan?
Samalla tulppia kierrätetty eri paikkoihin.
Tulpat oli kaikki samanlaiset mustan nokiset. Bensa haisi tulpanreijistä.
Ennen ja jälkeen puolakannen vaihdon antoi vikakoodit P0301, P0302.
Jaksaa käydä kolmella tyhjäkäyntiä kierrosten seilatessa yli ja alle tonnin. Kaasua pitäessä tasaisella paukkuu silloin tällöin konehuoneessa. Ottaa kierroksiakin, mutta on taas tukehtua sen jälkeen.
Tulpatkin vaihdettu uusiin hiljattain joulukuussa, eli ei niissäkään tuntuisi vika olevan.
Miten tuon kipinän pääsisi toteamaan, tuleeko jokaiseen tulppaan?

Bensansuodatin täytyy kokeilla vaihtaa. Mites tuo kaasuläppäkotelossa kiinteästi oleva kaasuläpän asennontunnistin? Miten sen kunnon pystyisi mittaamalla toteamaan tässä z18xe koneessa? Liitinkin pitäisi saada irroitettua, putsauksen yhteydessä en saanut liitintä irti.

No niin kaasuläppäkotelon putsauksen jälkeisellä testiajolla tapahtuneelle äkilliselle käynnin huonontumiselle löytyi selitys. Kaasuläppäkoteloon tuleva EVAP letku oli irti kaasuläppäkotelon takaa ja sai melkoisesti ilmaa sitä kautta. Nyt klemmarilla varmistettu.
Eli päästiin taas tutkimaan alkuperäistä ongelmaa:
Tasaisella ~2500-3000 kierroksilla ajettaessa hyytyy. Paikallaan kaasu toimii normaalisti ja tyhjäkäynti tosi hyvä.
Vaihdettu tähän mennessä: Ilmansuodatin, polttoainesuodatin, puolakansi, pakkasnesteet, moottoriöljyt
Putsattu: kaasuläppäkotelo ja siihen tulevat letkut
Nyt osaan jo ottaa kaasuläppäkotelon liittimenkin irti. Että sitä ihminen voi olla tyhmä kun ei tuota varmistus klipsiä keksinyt

OP-Comin tuli vihdoin postissa ja hyvin tuntuisi pelittävän. Ongelma siis ajaessa ~2500 kierroksilla tapahtuva tehojen katoaminen. Tyhjäkäynnissäkin tuntuisi korvakuulolta olevan jotain pielessä. Lambdasta antanut vikakoodeja, joita nollailtu:

Lambdaa en ole vielä vaihtanut uuteen kalliimpaan, mutta kokeilin jotain halpaa kolmenkympin Lambdaa ja sama ongelma toistui silläkin. Puolakansi kokeiltu myös vaihtaa.
Alla tyhjäkäynnillä näytti olleen Sensor 1 rikkaalla, mutta ajettaessa näyttää koko ajan:

Tai paremminkin niin, että veto hiipui parikymmentä sekuntia ennen tuota kohtaa 113s. Kaasua poljin koko ajan enemmän pohjaan ja tuossa kohtaa auto sitten rykäisi liikkeelle. Etummainen lambda antaa maantienopeuksilla tällaista lukemaa. Mitähän noi pari kohtaa tahtovat sanoa jossa tulee piikkiä 700-800mV alueelle? Muuten likutaan ilmeisesti hyvin laihalla.

Ecu voi olla paskana.. ootko lukenut foorumilta vanhoja keskusteluja ecu vioista?

Kiitos vastauksista. Aloitus ja otsikko on vähän huono. Aloitin tämän aiheen tilanteesta, jolloin tulpat oli nokeentuneet testailuissa. Alkuperäinen ongelma on tehottomuus, joka ilmenee varsinkin maantiellä 2500-3000 RPM. Kun polkee kaasua pohjaa auto lähtee kyllä kiihdyttämään. EGR venttiiliä tässä koneessa ei ole. Aiemmin Astrasta sen tulpanneena uskoisin EGRn jo löytäneeni. ECU voisi olla rikki, mutta en lähtisi sitä vielä korjaamolle lähettämään. Pakoputken en uskoisi olevan tukossa, koska lähtee kuitenkin kaasusta kiihdyttämään kun kunnolla polkee ja tuo ongelma toistuu aina hyvin samaan tapaan.
Tuossa on yllä tuota op-com dataa. Itseä ihmetyttää tuo laiha seos lähes koko ajan. Millaisia lukemia pitäisi saada maantieajossa ykköslambdalle?

Tässä livedataa ajettaessa ~70km/h. Lokinpätkän alussa tilanne päällä (ei tahdo jaksaa) ja lopussa rykäisee kun kaasua painettu koko ajan lisää. Vähän sellaista kengurumeininkiä. Kannattaa kopioida tuo loki alta vaikka notepadiin ja tutkailla siellä.

Sensor output ranges from 0.2 volts (lean) to 0.8 volts (rich). A perfectly balanced or "stoichiometric" fuel mixture of 14.7 parts of air to 1 part of fuel gives an average reading of around 0.45 volts.
The lambda sensor’s output voltage doesn't remain constant, however. It flip-flops back and forth from rich to lean. Every time the voltage reverses itself and goes from high to low or vice versa, it’s called a “cross count”. A good O2 sensor on a injection system should fluctuate from rich to lean about 1 per second. If the number of cross counts is lower than this, it tells you the O2 sensor is getting sluggish and needs to be replaced.

Minulla 0..20..39..59 mV lukemissa tyhjäkäynnillä ja ajettaessa. Muutaman kilometrin ajossa lokista löytyy pari kahden sekunnin mittaista piikkiä jona aikana mittaukset 568mV ja 647mV. Kokeilin uutta halppis-lambdaa ja se antoi hyvin samanlaisia lukemia. Voisiko lambdat olla molemmat rikki, johtosarjassa vikaa, ECU:ssa vika? Kannattaisikohan tässä vaiheessa ostaa alkuperäinen 235 euroa maksava lambda anturi vai koittaa vielä selvittää tuota syytä?
Nykyinen lambda on jo yli 200tkm ajettu, eli sen pitäisi jo vaihtaa muutenkin vaikka vika ei siinä olisikaan. Pelkään vain, ettei uusi lambda mene rikki tässä kokeilussa kun auto käy huonosti.

Edellä kirjoittamani piikki lambda datassa tuli näemmä silloin kun nosti jalan kaasulta.
Katalysaattorin jälkeinen lambda B1S2 O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) seuraa aika tarkkaan etu-lambdan lukemia 0..20..39..59 mV.
Nostaessa jalan kaasulta etu-lambda aistii hetkellisen 2 sekunnin piikin 725mV..843mV. Tuolloin taka-lambda ei nouse kuin 59mV..78mV lukemiin.
Eli tuo nyt ei viittaisi siihen, että etu-lambda tai etu-lambdan johtosarja olisi rikki koska molemmat antaa samanlaisia liian pieniä jännitteitä (?)
