Perävälitykset a-omegoissa?
Miten on, onko 2.0 manuaali omegassa sama perä ku automaattilaatikolla varustetussa? 100 vauhdissa automaattilootalla on kiekkoja n. 1800, kun taas manuaalissa on vähän yli 2000, onko moinen ero pelkästään vaihteiston välityksistä kiinni, vai onko perävälitys eri?

Automatic Aisin Warner AW03-71L (Omega 2.0i) and AW 03-71LE (Omega 3000) have gear ratios (this box was used 1986-1989 in Omega; I have one in Omega 3000 and I like it!):
1. 2.45:1
2. 1.45:1
3. 1.0:1
4. 0.69:1
This is assumed that the mechanics of the gearbox are the same as in Senator/Monza AW 03-71L (these gear ratios are from the Opel repair manual for Senator/Monza), which I see as highly likely.
The AR25 (most engines) and AR35 (3.0-24V and strengthened version in Irmscher Senator 4.0-24V) automatics made by GM Strassbourg, used from 1990 on, have gear ratios:
1. 2.40:1
2. 1.40:1
3. 1.0:1
4. 0.72:1
The 2.0 8V OHC had a box with gear ratios
1: 4.044:1
2: 2.265:1
3: 1.434:1
4: 1.0:1
5: 0.842:1
The final drive was 3.70:1 until 1990, 1991 and later it was 3.90:1.
A box with the same gear ratios, but with different clutch housing (which is part of the gearbox casting) was used in the Omega 2.4i CIH, with final drive 3.45:1
The 2.6i CIH had a gearbox with ratios
1: 3.95:1
2: 2.189:1
3: 1.389:1
4: 1.0:1
5: 0.84:1
and final drive 3.70:1.
Finally the 3.0 24V DOHC had a gearbox whith gear ratios
1: 3.807:1
2: 2.106:1
3: 1.335:1
4: 1.0:1
5: 0.814:1
and final drive 3.70:1.
