Eli ongelmat tällä hetkellä:

- Ykkös pytty ainakin osittain pimeä; bensaa näkyy tulpan reiästä
- Ryypyttää kylmänä minuutin verran 2,5k
Muistaakseni, kun annettiin ilmanpainetta, niin ykkös pytty vuosi imuilmaputkeen pikkasen ja 1,4 pytyt vuosi 2,3 pyttyihin ja toisin päin. Pakoputkeen pytyt eivät vuotaneet. Imusarjaa nopeasti kanssa tutkittiin eikä sieltä löytynyt mitään.

- Jäähyneste

Lisäksi:
- Kansi on koneistettu
- Kaasuläppäkotelo putsattu

Kannesta kerrottiin koneistamolta, että sen läpi ei oo menny milliäkään öljyä tai jäähynestettä hetkeen.
Katti oli myös tukossa (päästeli kananmuna pieruja), mutta nyt hetken ajon jälkeen ei enää. Päästöt lambdan vaihdon jälkeen normaalit.
Kaikkien pyttyjen paineet on täydelliset.

- Autolla pystyy ajamaan suhkot normaalisti, jos kiihdyttää todella maltillisesti ja pitää kierrokset jatkuvasti yli 2k.
Tyhjäkäynnillä röpöttää (ääninäyte: http://youtu.be/ab_L9_fBAtg), kiihdyttäessä antaa satunnaisia tehopiikkejä, mutta muuten toimii alitehoisesti.
Ongelma alkoi täysin yhtäkkiä. Edellisiltana olin tankannut auton, jonka jälkeen ajanut n 1km ja seuraavana aamuna ongelma alkoi. Olen kysynyt huoltamolta, että bensa on ollut ok, eikä muita valituksia ole tullut. Myös renkaat vaihdettiin samana päivänä.
Nämä kokeiltu (ja millään ei pienintäkään muutosta):
- Vaihdettu tulpat (ja nyt jälkikäteen katsottu, että kaikki kuluneet tasaisesti)
- Vaihdettu ilmansuodatin
- Vaihdettu MAP sensori
- Vaihdettu MAPille tuleva letku
- Vaihdettu tyhjäkäyntisäädin
- Puhdistettu imuilman lämpöanturi
- Puhdistettu kaasuläppäkotelo
- Puhdistettu EGR
- Tukittu EGR
- Irroitettu EGR:n virtakaapeli
- Irroitettu imuilman lämpöanturin virtakaapeli
OP-COM käytettävissä, eikä vikakoodeja. Ainut vikakoodi tulee tuon EGR:n virtakaapelin irroituksesta.
On kone sitten lämmin tai kylmä, niin ei mielestäni vaikutusta.
Korjauksen yhteydessä huomasin, että paisuntasäiliö oli viimeistä tippaa tyhjä, eikä siellä ollut painetta laisinkaan. En ole auton omistuksen aikana tarkistanut kertaakaan sen tasoa. Auton olen omistanut 1,5v. En osaa sanoa edellisestä omistajasta, mutta huoltokirjan mukaan viimeksi nesteet vaihdettu 2006 ja 100k sitten.
Kuuluuko täälläkin olla näin öljyistä?

Tuli ilmi, kun tutkin auton nykimistä. Mikä mahtaa olla tämän putken tarkoitus? Liitännässä ei ollut edes klemmaria. Vaikuttaisi olleen jo pidemmän aikaan irti, kun päät pölyyntyneet eritavalla.


Oliko noiden kaasuläppäkotelon ja EGR-venttiilin puhdistamiseen mitään ohjetta? Moni ilmeisesti myös poistanut tuon EGR:n pois käytöstä?
